AC527: The Volume button on the Parent Unit is not responding

In case your Volume buttons (up & down) are not responding, follow steps below to reset the Parent Unit:

1. Make sure you un-plug the USB from the Parent Unit if it is being recharged.
2. Remove the battery pack from the Parent Unit compartment and wait for more than 5 seconds. Then re-insert the battery pack into compartment.
3. Turn ON the Parent Unit by pressing and holding the Power button.
