Remove the battery from the Sensor Pad
Note: If you have two Sensor Pads, you will need to remove the battery from both of them first and then follow the steps below
Switch on the Parent & Nursery/Camera Unit
Press menu button on the Parent Unit:
Select the General setting menu and press menu button:
Select the Pairing Icon and press menu button :
In the Pairing Menu, select Sensor Pad 1 Icon and press the menu button
If the Sensor Pad is marked as connected select it to go the the Sensor Pad Pairing option
You will now need to remove it by selecting the red icon . The linking icon will appear on the screen until successful Pairing Icon appears on the Parent Unit screen. You’ll now be able to proceed with this step
Now insert the battery into the Sensor Pad - it will automatically activate
If the connection has been made, the Green Successful Pairing Icon will appear on the Parent Unit screen and the menu will show the OK Paired Icon
If the Red Failed Pairing Icon shows on the Parent Unit screen you will need to begin again
IMPORTANT: it is recommended that the CR2450 3v Lithium battery is replaced approx every 4 - 6 months to prevent loss of connection and false alarms (when monitoring baby's movements).
If you have been using for over 4 months do replace the Sensor Pad battery. In addition to this, some batteries can have a short shelf life - we would recommend to replace the battery if you are unsure.
We do not stock/sell replacement CR2450 batteries but these are available from most retailers and online.
