AC1300: How to Mute or deactivate / switch sound on / off

How to activate MUTE quickly:

Press and hold the down arrow on the MENU/SELECT button for a few seconds

NOTE: when in MUTE a cross will show inside the microphone icon

To release this press the down arrow again for another few seconds

How to deactivate/switch sound OFF:

Press the MENU/SELECT button to access the MAIN MENU on screen

Above the Sound Icon it will say ON or OFF

OFF = Sound detection is OFF/Disabled
ON = Sound detection is ON/Enabled

NOTE: when sound is fully deactivated the sound icon will not show in the toolbar on the display

To change the setting press the MENU/SELECT so that the Sound Icon edge is BLUE

Press the UP or DOWN arrow to select your preferred setting

Press the MENU/SELECT button so that the icon edge turns green

Press the VIDEO ON/OFF button to save your setting

Please note: if you do not press the VIDEO ON/OFF button the monitor will automatically revert to the previous setting and you will need to begin again
